2025 AGM Information
Our AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, 5 November, 2025 at 7.00pm sharp!
Varsity Sports House – Christine Ave Varsity Lakes
Voting Positions:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Registrar
- General Committee: including but limited to, Junior Coordinator, Senior Coordinator, Canteen, Grants, Fundraising, Umpire Coordinator, Scorer’s Coordinator, Groundskeeper Coordinator
Written nominations must be in the hands of the Secretary at least 14 days prior to the AGM ie: 5pm Saturday 23 October, 2025. Nomination forms are here. If there is no written nomination received prior to the AGM, nominations may be taken from the floor. If there is more than 1 written nomination received for a position a secret ballot by the nominated Club voting delegates will take place. Affiliated members shall be entitled to exercise one (1) vote at the AGM.
NB: Only members that are currently financial with Robina Braves are eligible to vote at the AGM
